Leading and mentoring

Leading and mentoring Safeworking Coordinators to enhance team performance and safety compliance.

Conducting site inspections

Conducting site inspections and safety audits to ensure adherence to safety regulations and protocols.

Key criteria

🚆

Extensive rail operations experience

Proven background in Rail operations as a 3.3 TFPC.

Demonstrated leadership in managing safeworking teams.
