Assist with the resolution of rates queries from practice administrators, lawyers, partners, and the Clients & Markets team.

Manage a high volume of special rate requests, escalating complex queries as required.

Regularly monitor volume discount arrangements and revise client rates as necessary, ensuring supporting documentation is retained appropriately.
