Lead and mentor several R&D teams - Architects & Developers, to deliver roadmap milestones on time and to budget at the required quality level for product releases.🏗️
Driving technical excellence
Drive technical excellence, ensuring architectural integrity, scalability, and high software quality, including but not limited to architecture, security, programming and quality management.🗺️
Defining strategic plans
Define and execute strategic plans that align with company goals, balancing immediate deliverables with long-term innovation.Key criteria
