As a Recovery & Support Specialist at TAL, you will play a pivotal role in helping individuals reclaim their health, independence, and confidence during challenging times. This job is all about shaping meaningful recovery pathways that support sustainable return-to-health and return-to-work outcomes. You'll be responsible for

Driving recovery outcomes

Driving optimal recovery and return-to-work outcomes by shaping clear, evidence-based strategies across IP and TPD claims.
🤝

Partnering with teams

Partnering with Claims teams and health practitioners to remove barriers and accelerate sustainable return-to-health outcomes for customers.
🔍

Identifying at-risk claims

Identifying and intervening early on at-risk claims to prevent prolonged recovery and improve overall claim duration and experience.
