You'll be responsible for

Managing full-cycle recruitment
Overseeing recruitment processes for Juniper’s Home and Community Care portfolio, supporting metro and regional services.🤝
Partnering with hiring managers
Collaborating with operational leaders to understand workforce needs specific to community-based service delivery.🌱
Building and maintaining talent pipelines
Engaging with local and regional talent pools for critical community roles.What we're looking for

Proven recruitment experience (4+ years)
Demonstrated experience in recruitment, ideally within aged care or community services.View

Experience with metro and regional workforces
Background in recruiting for both metropolitan and regional roles.View

Strong stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with hiring managers.View
