As a Regional Automation/Genomics Market Development Manager, you will play a vital role in coordinating with clients and internal teams to drive marketing and commercial execution across the APAC region. The team values collaboration and is committed to excellence, providing a dynamic and fast-paced work environment where you can thrive.

You'll be responsible for

📈

Driving regional marketing & commercial execution

Includes localizing and global marketing campaigns, product launches, and workflow messaging across the region.
🛠️

Providing technical & application support

Develop sales tools such as ROI/TCO models, battlecards, workflow maps, and competitive comparisons to enable consistent commercial execution across teams.
🔗

Acting as the central communication link

Facilitate communication between Global Marketing/Product Management and TASK commercial teams, adapting global content for execution across multiple countries and cultures.

Key criteria

🎓

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

Possession of a degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or Chemistry.

5+ years in laboratory automation

Demonstrated experience in laboratory automation, scientific instrumentation, or robotics.

Global team communication experience

Proven ability to communicate effectively with global teams across multiple cultures.
