The Regional Delivery Partner Manager is a pivotal job that leads compliance and governance across a vast territory, overseeing more than 500 subcontracted Delivery Partners. This role is crucial for safeguarding service standards, enforcing compliance, and driving commercial efficiencies while enhancing safety and performance across the network. Teamwork is at the heart of how we operate, fostering strong partnerships with Operational business units and Delivery Partners.
You'll be responsible for

Ensuring compliance
Ensure 100% compliance — all subcontractors must hold a current TGE Agreement with verified scope, fleet and capability.💰
Reviewing commercial arrangements
Review and assess commercial arrangements and cost-to-serve, providing recommendations on pricing and scope changes.🔒
Managing subcontractor compliance
Manage subcontractor compliance via Avetta and Compliance Hub.What we're looking for

5+ years in transport or 3PL
Demonstrated experience in transport, 3PL, or similar industries.View

Knowledge of Heavy Vehicle National Law
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and safety standards.View
