Staffing & Resource Management
Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet service needs, including managing rosters and recruitment processes.✅
Compliance & Accreditation
Maintain all necessary licences, registrations, and accreditations, ensuring compliance with both state and federal regulations.🛠️
Leadership & Development
Lead and support the technical teams, ensuring staff are trained, competent, and working according to company protocols and policies.Key criteria
🎓
Degree in Medical Imaging and Management
Possession of relevant qualifications in Medical Imaging and Business/Management.View
🕒
10+ years in Radiology
Extensive experience in a Radiology practice with RIS/PACS knowledge.View
