You'll be responsible for

Driving regional growth and leading real change across Aruma’s Home & Living services.

Supporting Service Managers

Providing guidance and support to experienced Service Managers while ensuring high-quality, person-centred supports.

Building partnerships

Establishing strategic partnerships with SDA providers and property developers to enhance service delivery.

7+ years leading dispersed teams

Experience managing geographically diverse teams in regulated human services.
