Supporting quality strategy implementation
Support and monitor implementation of the Quality Strategy, Governance Framework, and Quality Plans across Victorian Care Homes and other States as required.📊
Developing quality metrics
Develop and deliver quality dashboards and metrics with clinical teams to drive continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory standards.💡
Providing expert advice
Provide expert advice on quality, compliance, and governance to senior leaders, fostering a culture of best practice and risk management.Key criteria
