You'll be responsible for

Leading nursing staff
Assuming a leadership role within the nursing team, supporting, coaching and leading nursing staff including Enrolled Nurses and Assistants in Nursing.📝
Planning and implementing care
Planning, implementing and evaluating specific mental health nursing care activities that support the multidisciplinary health care team.✅
Ensuring safe practice

Registered Nurse qualification
Valid RN registration with AHPRA for practice.View fit

Communication skills
