You'll be responsible for

Providing resident-focused care
Delivering excellent, resident-focused care in relation to specialised nursing needs, such as management of diabetes, wounds, infections, pain, and medications.📝
Maintaining documentation
Completing resident assessments, incident investigations, and related care documents to ensure accurate records.🔍
Overseeing clinical care
