You'll be responsible for

Delivering clinical care
Contributing to direct clinical care, patient education, and service delivery for individuals living with or at risk of diabetes.🔍
Participating in quality initiatives
Engaging in quality improvement initiatives, research, and project work to enhance service outcomes.👩⚕️
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
Working alongside a highly experienced multidisciplinary team to support complex diabetes care across the continuum.Key criteria

Registered Nurse authority
Current AHPRA registration with 5+ years in acute care.View

Credentialled Diabetes Educator certification
CDE certification or active progression towards it.View
