You'll be responsible for

Delivering clinical nursing care
Providing individualized clinical nursing care to clients in their home environment, including wound care and medication management.📋
Conducting nursing assessments
Assessing clients' needs and developing appropriate care/support plans to enhance their well-being.🤝
Liaising with healthcare teams
Collaborating closely with Nursing Managers, Allied health, and community networks to maintain high standards of care.Key criteria

Nursing degree and AHPRA registration
Possession of a valid nursing degree and current AHPRA registration.View

Valid Australian driver's licence
Holding a valid licence with an insured vehicle for client travel.View
