You'll be responsible for

Conducting clinical assessments

Conduct clinical assessments and respond to changes in resident health and wellbeing.

Develop, implement and review person-centred care plans in partnership with residents and their families.

Providing leadership

Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to care staff.

Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
