Evaluating patient risks to ensure safety and appropriate care planning.

Collaborating with the clinical team

Working closely with Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse, and Shift Leaders to enhance patient care quality.

Current AHPRA registration

Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
