Practicing in accordance with Sydney LHD standards
Ensuring that nursing practices align with the established guidelines and standards set by Sydney Local Health District.🔍
Providing clinical services including intake and assessment
Conducting initial evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of consumers in the mental health system.🤝
Coordinating care for consumers
Managing and coordinating care plans for consumers, ensuring they receive appropriate support and treatment.What we're looking for
