You'll be responsible for

Preparing surgical instruments

Preparing and setting up surgical instruments and specialised urological equipment for each procedure.

Conducting pre-operative checks

Conducting thorough pre-operative safety checks in line with best-practice perioperative protocols.

Maintaining a sterile environment

Maintaining a safe, sterile theatre environment and adhering to infection prevention and control standards.

Key criteria

Current AHPRA registration

Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA is essential.

Experience in scrub and/or scout nursing

Demonstrated experience in scrub and/or scout roles is crucial.
