Play a key role in coordinating and leading the discharge process, ensuring patients are informed and prepared to return home safely.🛏️
Providing post-operative care
Deliver comprehensive post-operative care for patients following elective and emergency surgery, including those transferred from the Intensive Care Unit.👩⚕️
Collaborating with medical teams
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary medical teams and Hospital in the Home services to support coordinated recovery.Key criteria

Registered Nurse (Division 1) certification
Current registration with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency.View
