Coordinating multidisciplinary management
Coordinating multidisciplinary management of patients, including consultation requests for Allied Health or other medical specialties.📦
Contributing to patient discharge
Contributing to discharge planning for each patient and arranging dispense of discharge medications with pharmacists.Key criteria

Clinical experience in General Medicine
Minimum of 3 years clinical experience, including 12 months in Australia.View
