Coordinating multidisciplinary management of patients, including consultation requests for Allied Health or other medical specialties.

Contributing to patient discharge

Contributing to discharge planning for each patient and arranging dispense of discharge medications with pharmacists.

Clinical experience in General Medicine

Minimum of 3 years clinical experience, including 12 months in Australia.
