You'll be responsible for

Assisting with solution delivery

Gathering business requirements and conducting functional analysis to identify gaps between customer needs and product capabilities.

Training and guiding customers

Providing training on the Datascape ERP solution to ensure clients are well-equipped to use the system effectively.

Engaging in quality management

Participating in Professional Services quality assurance processes to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.

Skills you'll need

Business consulting / analysis

Experience in business consulting or analysis to understand and meet customer needs effectively.

Application configuration / system administration

Skills in configuring applications and administering systems to align with business requirements.

Local government experience
