You'll be responsible for

Assessing clients’ rehabilitation needs
Evaluating clients’ rehabilitation needs following injury or illness through various assessments including physical, ergonomic, psychosocial, or functional capacity evaluations.🎯
Supporting clients in goal setting
Helping clients define meaningful recovery or employment goals, then co-designing and delivering tailored rehabilitation plans to meet those goals.🔄
Managing cases end-to-end
Coordinating with workplaces, healthcare providers, or insurers, monitoring progress, adjusting plans, and supporting sustainable outcomes for clients.Key criteria
