You'll be responsible for

Assessing rehabilitation needs
Assess clients’ rehabilitation needs following injury or illness, including physical, ergonomic, psychosocial, or functional capacity evaluations.🎯
Supporting goal setting
Support clients to define meaningful recovery or employment goals, then co-design and deliver tailored rehabilitation plans.📋
Managing cases
Manage cases end-to-end: coordinate with workplaces, healthcare providers, or insurers, monitor progress, adjust plans, and support sustainable outcomes.Key criteria
