You'll be responsible for

Undertaking assessments
Conducting worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment, and home assessments to support clients' rehabilitation.🔍
Identifying barriers
Recognising Return to Work (RTW) barriers to help clients overcome challenges in their rehabilitation journey.📈
Designing rehabilitation programs
Creating, implementing, and monitoring programs that assist injured employees in returning to the workforce.Key criteria
🎓
Relevant degree qualification
Australian recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic, or Physiotherapy.View
🚗
Current driver's licence
Valid driver's licence required for travel to client locations.View

Exceptional communication skills
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.View
