You'll be responsible for

Providing occupational rehabilitation services

Delivering tailored rehabilitation services to clients with various physical and psychological conditions to help them return to health and work.

Case management

Managing a caseload with the support of Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks and focus on client care.
🤝

Collaborating with stakeholders

Working with employers, employees, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.

Key criteria

🎓

Rehabilitation counselling qualification

Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling with ASORC accreditation.

Communication skills

Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

VIC driver's licence

Current VIC Driver’s Licence with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
