Providing rehabilitation coordination
The Rehabilitation Coordinator is responsible for delivering quality rehabilitation coordination to patients/clients of the SNSW Local Health District, addressing their health and wellbeing needs.🤝
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients recovering from brain injuries.📈
Leading team activities
Leading planning and evaluation of team activities to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.Key criteria

Current AHPRA registration
Valid registration as an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist.View

Communication skills
Proficient written and verbal communication abilities.View

Rehabilitation experience
