You'll be responsible for

Reviewing and analysing new features

Review and analyse new features released by the vendor every quarter, including impact assessment of features against current Live solution, provide recommendations of adoption of these features, perform testing and change management activities.
⚙️

Identifying and resolving gaps

Identify and resolve product and process gaps, issue management and resolution.

Coordinating release schedules

Co-ordinate and maintain quarterly release schedules across non-production environments through to production, applying standards and controls according to established release and environment management practices.
