You'll be responsible for

Developing standards
Working closely with a team of researchers to develop new, evidence-based standards for infection prevention and control in the residential aged care sector.🛠️
Providing support
Providing operational and technical support for the research being undertaken, including assisting with various research activities.🤝
Building relationships
Establishing positive and long-term relationships with aged care partners, infection control professionals, and other relevant stakeholders.Key criteria
🎓
Tertiary qualifications in relevant field
Possession of a relevant degree, preferably in psychology or similar.View
🔍
Experience in qualitative research methodologies
Demonstrated experience with surveys, interviews, and focus groups.View

Interest in aged care and infection control
Background or interest in aged care services and infection prevention.View
