Supporting the Australian Real Estate Equity Research team in delivering high-quality, independent, and objective investment research to institutional investors.

Conducting detailed analysis

Conducting detailed analysis of Australian REITs, property developers, and real estate operating companies, including management teams and industry trends.

Preparing research products

Assisting in the preparation of earnings previews, initiation reports, thematic sector publications, and other research products.

Financial modeling skills

Experience maintaining and enhancing financial models for valuations.
