You'll be responsible for

Developing bioinformatics approaches

Implement and apply bioinformatics methods to analyze shotgun metagenomic sequencing and other -omics datasets.

Establishing computational workflows

Create reproducible computational workflows to ensure consistency and reliability in research outputs.
📄

Contributing to research outputs

Generate publication-quality figures, reports, and presentations, and assist in manuscript preparation and grant applications.
