You'll be responsible for

Leading computational analysis

Lead computational analysis and integration of single-cell RNA-seq and spatial transcriptomics datasets on endometrium.
⚙️

Developing pipelines

Develop reproducible, version-controlled pipelines and notebooks in R and/or Python for high-performance computing environments.

Coordinating data generation

Coordinate data generation with clinical and experimental partners, including study design, batch allocation and result interpretation.

Demonstrated experience analysing single-cell RNA-seq data.
