You'll be responsible for

Leading reservations

Taking lead in reservations, ensuring prompt, accurate, and friendly service to guests.

Managing bookings

Handling incoming calls, emails, and online booking requests to maximize conversion and revenue.

Collaborating with teams

Working closely with Front Office, Revenue, and Sales to align on availability and guest needs.
