You'll be responsible for

Operating front desk reception
Welcoming residents and guests with professionalism and warmth, handling enquiries promptly and cheerfully.🔑
Supporting resident onboarding
Assisting with move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and general tenancy enquiries in line with NSW legislation.🔧
Coordinating maintenance requests
Liaising with contractors and building partners to ensure smooth daily operations and resident satisfaction.Key criteria

Experience in property management or customer service
