You'll be responsible for

Operating front desk reception

Welcoming residents and guests with professionalism and warmth, handling enquiries promptly and cheerfully.

Supporting resident onboarding

Assisting with move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and general tenancy enquiries in line with NSW legislation.

Coordinating maintenance requests

Liaising with contractors and building partners to ensure smooth daily operations and resident satisfaction.

Key criteria

Experience in property management or customer service

Demonstrated experience in property, hotels, or customer-focused environments.
