Working with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement evidence-based therapy programs for residents.📋
Conducting care plan reviews
Regularly assessing and updating care plans to ensure optimal resident outcomes.👥
Providing one-to-one and group interventions
Facilitating both individual and group-based active ageing services for residents.Key criteria

Valid registration to practice as a Physiotherapist in Australia.View

Current driver's licence
