You'll be responsible for

Delivering comprehensive case management to young people in residential care programs, focusing on their individual needs and goals.

Coordinating services and compliance

Working collaboratively with teams, families, and stakeholders to ensure statutory compliance and promote positive outcomes.

Developing individualised care plans

Creating, implementing, and reviewing care plans in line with Looking After Children (LAC) and DHHS requirements.

Knowledge of Aboriginal culture

Understanding of Aboriginal values and current issues faced by families.
