You'll be responsible for

🏠

Overseeing the day-to-day management of the refuge.

Ensuring a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment while coordinating referrals and managing occupancy.
🛡️

Leading trauma-informed, culturally safe and child-focused responses.

Supporting staff to manage risk and deliver best-practice family violence support.
👩‍🏫

Coaching and supervising staff.

Managing rosters and reporting while driving service excellence to achieve strong outcomes for residents.
