You'll be responsible for

Supporting residents with daily living activities

Assist residents with personal care, food preparation, medication support, and mealtime routines to enhance their quality of life.

Encouraging independence and skill-building

Promote personal growth through person-centred support and teaching moments, helping residents develop essential life skills.

Creating opportunities for community connection

Facilitate residents' engagement in meaningful activities and connections within their community.

Key criteria

Certificate III or IV in Disability

Possession of relevant qualification to provide effective support.
