Developing metrics for RG effectiveness.
Creating and maintaining metrics to measure the effectiveness of Responsible Gambling initiatives and reporting findings.đ
Leading investigations into RG-related incidents.
Conducting thorough investigations into incidents related to Responsible Gambling and implementing corrective actions.Key criteria
