This job is about being an Indigenous Advisor at RMIT, where you will play a vital role in supporting Indigenous strategic commitments within the STEM College. Your work will help strengthen relationships and create opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, fostering a culturally inclusive environment. The team values collaboration and is dedicated to embedding responsible practices throughout the College.

You'll be responsible for

Supporting Indigenous strategic commitments

The Indigenous Advisor supports the implementation of RMIT’s Indigenous strategic commitments within the STEM College.
🤝

Strengthening relationships

The role strengthens relationships, respect, and opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and supports culturally responsible and inclusive practices across the College.
🛠️

Providing coordination and advice

The position provides coordination, advice and practical support to leaders and staff, working closely with the Ngarara Willim Centre and central portfolios to embed responsible practice principles across the College.
