You'll be responsible for

Proactively engage store visitors with hands-on product demonstrations tailored to their needs across all Dyson categories.

Taking ownership of customer issues

Perform hands-on technical diagnostics and troubleshooting to achieve first-touch resolution for customer inquiries.

Maintaining accurate records

Keep detailed records of all customer account interactions using store databases, CRM, and Mypos systems.
