You'll be responsible for

Leading and coaching
Leading, coaching, and training a team of up to 20 team members to drive success and embody Ghanda values.🎨
Maintaining store presentation
Ensuring high standards of store presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.📦
Managing stock levels
Liaising with the Stock Allocator and working independently to maintain appropriate stock levels to maximize return on floor space.Key criteria
