You'll be responsible for

Leading, coaching, and training a team of up to 20 members to drive Ghanda values and performance.

Maintaining store presentation

Ensuring a high standard of store presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.

Managing stock levels

Liaising with the Stock Allocator and working independently to maintain appropriate stock levels for maximized sales.
