Deliver the signature Jurlique experience with warmth, expertise, and authenticity while inspiring and coaching your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Leading team development

Lead, develop, and mentor your team to foster a culture of performance and respect, driving engagement through coaching and clear communication.
🛠️

Managing operations & administration

Manage daily operations, spa bookings, and visual merchandising while ensuring compliance with WHS and store policy standards.

Proven experience in retail store management, ideally within a luxury or wellness environment.
