Engaging customers by showcasing exciting holiday packages, flights, hotels, cruises, and more to inspire their travel plans.

Building relationships with customers

Creating lasting connections with customers through face-to-face and online interactions, managing inquiries and bookings.

Facilitating travel bookings and payments

Managing the end-to-end process of travel bookings, ensuring smooth transactions between travelers and suppliers using Amadeus GDS.

Key criteria

✈️

Retail travel sales agency experience

Proven experience in a retail travel sales environment.

Certificate 3 in Travel or higher

Possession of relevant travel industry certification.
