You'll be responsible for

Coordinating injury management
Receiving notification of injuries and initiating early intervention measures while maintaining communication with injured employees.📝
Developing return-to-work plans
Creating, implementing, and monitoring individual Return to Work Plans (RTWPs) aligned with medical advice and workplace capabilities.📊
Ensuring legislative compliance
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all processes meet relevant state-based workers compensation and WHS legislative requirements.What we're looking for
