As a Returns Team Member 2IC at JB Hi-Fi Group, you will play a vital role in supporting the end-to-end service delivery and returns management for the Home Delivery Centre operations. Your contributions will ensure a seamless experience for customers, while working in a passionate and down-to-earth team that values creativity and diversity. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with various teams to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
You'll be responsible for

Role modeling compliance
Role modeling compliance with Work Health Safety (WHS) procedures, PPE requirements and safe manual handling practices.📦
Managing escalated customer returns
Managing escalated customer returns, ensuring prompt and effective resolution and communication of any improvement opportunities.🤝
Providing guidance and support
Providing guidance, backfill and practical support to the Returns team in support of the Team Leader.Key criteria

Warehouse experience
Demonstrated experience in return logistics or inventory roles.View

Microsoft Office proficiency
Experience using Excel, Outlook, and PowerBi effectively.View
🚜
MHE licence experience
Experience operating LF and LO machinery preferred.View
