Coordinating and managing the post-go live configuration of Solventum applications and interfaces, while analyzing workflows and complying with policies and procedures.

Conducting escalated analysis and troubleshooting

Providing support for multiple clients by resolving issues related to supported applications.

Monitoring network and system health

Utilizing software tools and logs to ensure full availability and optimum performance of networks, servers, and applications.

Web-based application support experience

6+ years of experience troubleshooting and configuring software applications.
