As a Revenue and Administration Officer, you will play a key role in managing revenue, cash handling, reconciliations, and administrative responsibilities that align with Court Services Victoria's financial governance requirements. You'll be responsible for

Processing revenue transactions

Process revenue transactions, receivables, refunds, overpayments, dishonours and related documentation in line with financial policies.

Reconciling daily revenue

Reconcile daily revenue and banking, investigate discrepancies and maintain accurate accounting records.
📅

Supporting month end and audit activities

Support month end, year end and audit activities by preparing reports, documentation and analysis.
