Profit Integrity and Revenue Assurance
Detect, prevent and help resolve profit leakage across Customer Market Operations processes. Identify profit optimisation opportunities through stronger controls and analytical review, and promote accountability for revenue and margin outcomes.🔒
Revenue Assurance Processes and Controls
Support the design and embedding of end-to-end Revenue Assurance processes and internal controls across Customer Market Operations value chains to strengthen revenue protection and margin assurance.⚠️
Risk and Issue Management
Help identify, assess and manage risks and issues affecting Customer Market Operations. Support the Revenue Assurance Lead in maintaining the Customer Market Operations Risk Framework, and ensure risks, issues and control weaknesses are escalated and managed in line with governance expectations.Key criteria

Revenue assurance experience
2+ years in revenue assurance or audit roles.View

Data analysis skills
Proven experience using SQL, SAP HANA, and Power BI.View
