You'll be responsible for

Supporting risk and compliance strategy
Supporting the development and continuous improvement of RAC Insurance’s risk and compliance strategy, frameworks and processes.📄
Maintaining critical documents
Helping maintain critical documents including the Risk Management Framework, Risk Appetite Statement, Incident Policy, Risk Culture Plan and more.🎤
Co-designing training materials
Co-designing and rolling out engaging training and guidance materials that embed a strong risk culture across the business.Key criteria
📊
Experience in risk and compliance roles
Demonstrated experience in risk, compliance, or governance roles, ideally in financial services.View

Knowledge of risk management principles
Sound understanding of risk management frameworks like APRA and ASIC.View
